Equipped with a HEPA high-efficiency filtration system and precise temperature and humidity control system (22±2℃, 40%-60% RH), we ensure that the number of particles per cubic meter is controlled within 352,000, effectively eliminating the impact of dust and static electricity on precision SMT processes from the source. Simultaneously equipped with high-speed pick-and-place machines and AI-enabled 3D AOI detection systems, we achieve a ±0.03mm placement accuracy and support the processing of 0201 micro-packaging components, reducing the defect rate by 30%-50%. After settling in, the factory will leverage the park's closed-loop advantage of "Shenzhen R&D + Daya Bay manufacturing" and the support of a 5 billion yuan industrial fund to provide high-quality OEM services to customers in the fields of consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and IoT.
